Skin Care Salon Policies
Cancellations & No Shows
In consideration of others, we ask that 24 hour notice be given for a cancellation. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hour notice may result in a charge of 50% of the price of the scheduled service. “No Show” will be charged full service. First time services require a credit card to hold a reservation.
Late Arrivals
In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we must shorten your treatment time if you are late for your appointment. The normal fee for the treatment will remain the same.
Children
Skin care treatments are offered in quiet private rooms with relaxation and tension release emphasized. We ask that you refrain from bringing children into the salon unless they are receiving services.
Cell Phone
In order to provide a quiet and relaxing environment, we ask that you turn your cell phone off while in the salon.
Gift Certificates
Our gift certificates make ideal gifts. Certificates are available in any dollar amount or for any service. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
